Mostly sewered. Older outlying properties are the exception.

Low ground near the river, where water table depth does the deciding.
Nesbit
Unincorporated acreage between Hernando and Southaven. Effectively all on-site.
Lake Cormorant
Flat delta-edge ground, high water table, few sewer options.
Eudora
Rural northwest corner, large tracts, private wells common.
Love
Rural southeast. Loess ridges and long driveways.
